How do I upload contacts from a Mac address book ?
- Open the Address Book and click on the group of contacts you want to export.
- From the Address Book main menu, select File > Export > Export Group vCard.
- Type a file name and export it.
- You can upload the resulting vCard file on the "Add/Import Contacts" page under the "Manage Contacts" tab.
